Buflovak's 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Buffalo, NY, provides unique fabricating and machining capabilities that allow us to design and manufacture the most economical, efficient equipment and systems possible. In-house design, engineering, machining, and fabrication capabilities eliminate costly communications errors and delays while enabling personnel to react quickly when design changes are requested by the customer. Buflovak's rotating vacuum thermal process equipment and evaporators are built in our manufacturing facility, which is thoroughly equipped for the fabrication of carbon, stainless steel, and exotic alloys.

Buflovak manufactures proprietary equipment that ranges from the lighter gauges of sheet metal used in the fabrication of food processing equipment to autoclave shells with a 5 inch wall thickness. Our welders are qualified for American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) code work and other national pressure equipment code directives.
