Facilities: Buflovak's Pilot Plant and Lab comprises a 10,500 square foot facility in Buffalo, NY, where we analyze the details of any proposed drying, vacuum drying, or flaking application, and evaluate equipment performance prior to full-scale installation. Buflovak's Manufacturing Plant comprises a 250,000 square foot facility in Buffalo, NY, where rotating, vacuum thermal process equipment and evaporators are built.
Materials: We are fully equipped for the fabrication of carbon and stainless steel as well as non-ferrous and exotic alloys.
Types: We have single and double drum dryers, vacuum double drum dryers, a vacuum rotary dryer, vacuum pan and filter dryers, vacuum shell dryer, cooling drum flakers, and evaporation and distillation equipment.
Size: We have the ability to work on complex, custom, and specialized equipment on a small or large scale. The work we do is determined by the specific needs of each customer.
Feasibility: Feasibility tests are conducted at no charge to the customer.
Time: All jobs performed at Buflovak are custom and take approximately 6 months to complete.
Rental: Rental equipment from our lines is available for testing at customer facilities. Equipment sizes range from countertop units for feasibility analyses to pilot scale equipment for semi-production use.
