fabricating and machining capabilities allow us to design and
manufacture the most economical equipment or system possible.
In-house fabrication allows for fast design changes on the fly
without communication errors or delays. |
| Rather than having to
purchase finished goods, we can often fabricate and machine items
from basic raw materials. Typically, this ends up saving you
time and money. In addition, you receive a higher quality
product since it was custom designed and manufactured to
specifically meet your need. We will always look for the most
cost effective solution for a given fabrication
requirement. |
| The facility
encompasses 250,000 square feet, 150,000 square feet of that being
manufacturing, 10,500 square feet pilot plant, and the balance is
offices and other miscellaneous areas. The main shop bay's
crane can lift over 120 tons. Our shop staff is qualified in over 60 weld procedures
and to fabricate to ASME Pressure Vessel Code VIII Div. 1, Power
Boiler Code Section I, and AWS Structural Code D1.1. They can work in most alloys except Ta and
Zr. We have various modes of shipping. |
