Recieve and Disassemble:
Once we recieve the Drum Dryer or Flakers, it will be disassembled only far enough to remove the drums. Upon removal, the drums will be inspected and hydro-tested. After testing, they will be mounted on out lathe to measure the TIR's and inspect the trunnion bearing surface. These measurements will reveal any damagethat may have occured. At this point, if any problems are discovered no further work will be performed to the drum without written consent.
